The GFAI Energy Consortium (the Consortium) is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation formed by the Grain and Feed Association of Illinois to provide energy risk management solutions for grain elevators, feed mills and related entities.

Through electricity deregulation, industries like ours were presented the opportunity to leverage demand to secure lower administrative and supply pricing. Strategic purchases of natural gas can also be made for participants, making the Consortium a full-service energy supplier.

The Consortium's purpose is to provide reliable gas and electric services at the lowest possible price to participants.
